Roles
Depending on your use case, you may act as a data controller for your end-customer messages and contact data, while ApnaInbox processes that data on your instructions as a processor when you use our platform. For account, billing, and support data about you as a customer, we typically act as controller.
Lawful bases
We process data based on contract (delivering the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement where balanced), and legal obligation where applicable. Where consent is required (e.g. certain marketing cookies or communications), we ask for it separately.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. You can contact us at support@apnainbox.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Transfers
If data is processed outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.
Subprocessors
We use vetted infrastructure and service providers to run the product. A current list is available on request for enterprise customers or as published in your order documentation.
