Free trial
New workspaces may be eligible for a 14-day free trial where stated at signup. You will not be charged until the trial ends if you have added a valid payment method and chosen to continue—exact flow is shown in the product and checkout.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. Prices and plan limits are those in effect at purchase or as communicated before renewal.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: Generally non-refundable after the current period starts, except where required by law or where we failed to provide the service through our fault.
- Annual plans: If you cancel mid-term, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata credit toward a future period or a partial refund for unused months—contact billing@apnainbox.com with your workspace ID.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues quickly. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Taxes
Fees may be shown exclusive or inclusive of tax depending on your region; invoices will reflect applicable taxes where we collect them.
Changes
We may update pricing or this policy with notice as described in our Terms of service.
