1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ApnaInbox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without proper consent
- Violate any applicable laws or Meta/WhatsApp messaging policies
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform security
4. WhatsApp Business API compliance
Users connecting WhatsApp Business accounts must comply with Meta's Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy at all times. ApnaInbox may suspend accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You grant ApnaInbox a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Uptime and SLAs
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on Growth and Scale plans. In the event of downtime below this threshold, eligible customers may request service credits as described in our SLA documentation.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApnaInbox's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
