How to report
Email security@apnainbox.com with:
- A clear description of the issue and steps to reproduce (if possible)
- Any affected URLs, accounts, or environments (please use test data only)
- Your contact details so we can follow up
Please do not perform testing that could harm availability, privacy, or data integrity (e.g. large-scale scraping, social engineering of our staff, or physical attacks).
What to expect
We will acknowledge receipt when practical and work to validate and remediate valid reports. We do not operate a public bounty program by default; commercial rewards are at our discretion.
Safe harbor
We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid user data access beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue, and give us reasonable time to fix before public disclosure.
